As Tom already mentioned, that is an Official Films re-title. It was originally called "Rough on Rats".

Received my set today. Unfortunately, both discs became loose during shipping and arrived scratched, but seems to play OK when I quickly glanced at the DVD contents. Of course, I will report any problems with my discs after I watch them this weekend. BTW Steve, did you receive my old discs of CARTOO...

Three episodes of Rolf Harris' Cartoon Time, shown on the BBC during the mid-80's.
