"Driving Mr. Pink", a episode of the 1990s Pink Panther series that was given a theatrical release as part of the Pebble and Penguin. It looks like David Feiss designed this.

The final episode of the 1990s "Pink Panther" revival had a stand-alone Texas Toads short. Apparently they were planning a spin-off with these guys.
