"I'm not sure if the Kennedy Animation studio based in Canada is still in business, but I hope to God it isn't!" It isn't.

I love some of the episodes on this set, but I should noet that there are a few weird instances of censorship, more info of which can be found at the Toon Zone talkback here.

For example:

  • "Son of the Wacko World of Sports" is missing the segments inbetween the short cartoons, and the cartoons themselves are missing their title cards.
  • "Looniversity Days" is not the version that aired. It is an alternate version with animation by different studio(s).
  • A short scene in "Tiny Toon Music Television" is deleted because it displayed a phone number that is rumored to a phone sex number in real life :befuddled

I gotta sit down and watch my set one of these days. I got it a week after it came out and still haven't started it, partly because I still didn't finished watching another DVD set I had.

Wikipedia says seasons 2 & 3 will be released on July 7. Does anybody know if there's any truth to this?

It's just a 100% false Wikipedia rumor. I have seen the list of Warner Home Video releases for July and there isn't any Tiny Toon set on there.

Typical Wikipedia. It's not the first time they got my hopes up.
