I have always had that feeling that more of original titles of Disney shorts exist than we actually shaw on WDT sets. But didn't he have the United Artist card as well?

Speaking of original titles, I've found something interesting at Disney's Have a Laugh page. If you watch the short version of "Clock Cleaners", there's what it seems to be the original title card. Oddly, the full version is still the reissued version.

It looks more like a screengrab of a background with a photoshopped title.

I find it interesting that all the 'full versions' have RKO title cards that are obviously lifted from other shorts.

Clock cleaners was never a RKO short, appart form possible reissues.

That's definitely what it is.
