I wouldn't put it past them...I still remember the network's stunt (for lack of a better word) years ago where they actually aired the shorts relatively in order of release over the course of several weeks (minus the stuff they normally withheld, of course).

Did they are the restored versions or the version used in the 90's?

No, they weren't the restored versions.

Anyway, here's today broadcast order:

Bewitched Bunny
Claws for Alarm
Bugs Bonnets
Daffy Duck Slept Here
Case of the Missing Hare
Dog Pounded
Design for Leaving

As far as I could tell, everything was uncut today. Also, all of the post-48 cartoons were time-compressed. Noticeably so.

Today puts the WB-owned color cartoons in the lead, 14-13 over a.a.p.

In other words, air the LT cartoons as they were originally released. I appreciate being able to watch them on TV again, but eventually CN needs to stop censoring them.

"Claws for Alarm" was broadcast UNEDITED?!!!!???? That HAS to be a first for this cartoon!

"I must defend the remarkable prescience of the Hanna-Barbera writers. In the early 1960s, they dreamed up a futuristic world that seemed impossibly beyond our reach. Their creativity predicted the microwave oven, slide walks, smart phones and robot teachers. All these inventions are now routine realities of the 21st century." - Janet Waldo (LA Times, 2011)

If they'd just fix "Scaredy Cat" too, Hell might freeze over.

We should start a petition to get the Supreme Court to prohibit CN from airing WB cartoons with any kind of censorship - must be uncut at all times.
