It was in widescreen?

Oh and I looked at the back of the DVD and it said all cartoons are in 4:3 aspect ratio. (Except for the opening of Whizzard of Ow).

No. Little Go Beep was made in full screen. If you look at a widescreen and full screen comparison of the short, you can see the widescreen version is matted.

After watching some of these shorts on You Tube, they don't suck as bad as I remember them. I really liked "Boulder Wham" and the 2 of the CGIs. If it wasn't for the fact that I already own one of the shorts on dvd and the price was (and still?) a little high for only 10 shorts new to dvd, I might've been sucked into pre-ordering this.

Animator identification in a Larriva RR isn't always easy, but neither scene looks like a Hank Smith job -- we might have seen shorter ears. My guess -- Virgil Ross for both.

Even DVDaf says the DVD will come out Dec. 27th. I doubt this though. It has to be available now.

We've stated before, it's the same menus as the UK counterpart.

If they made this and other "Super Stars" DVDs as 2-disc sets, I'd be at least happier.

If only there were an "Essential Road Runner" 2-disc set ... then I'd be much happier. What I do not know is if there is enough Road Runner material to do so; if not, we could then throw in the shorts featuring Wile E. Coyote's red-nosed, sheep-stealing alter-ego, Ralph Wolf.

The Essential Road Runner collection, IMHO, should be chronological order:
1. Fast and Furry-ous (1949)
2. Beep, Beep (1952)
3. Going! Going! Gosh! (1952)
4. Zipping Along (1953)
5. Stop! Look! And Hasten! (1954)
6. Ready ... Set ... Zoom! (1955)
7. Guided Muscle (1955)
8. Gee Whiz-z-z-z (1956)
9. There They Go-Go-Go! (1956)
10. Scrambled Aches (1957)
11. Zoom and Bored (1957)
12. Whoa, Be-Gone! (1958)
13. Hook, Line and Stinker (1958)
14. Hip-Hip-Hurry! (1958)
15. Hot Rod and Reel (1959)

Disc 2:
1. Wild About Hurry (1959)
2. Fastest with the Mostest (1960)
3. Hopalong Casualty (1960)
4. Zip 'n Snort (1961)
5. Beep Prepared (1961)
6. Zoom at the Top (1962)
7. To Beep or Not to Beep (1963)
8. War and Pieces (1964)
9. Road Runner A Go-Go (1965)
10. Zip Zip Hooray! (1965)
11. Rushing Roulette (1965)
12. Sugar and Spies (1966)
13. Freeze Frame (1979)
14. Soup or Sonic (1980)
15. Chariots of Fur (1994)

BONUS CARTOONS
Run, Run, Sweet Road Runner (1965)
Tired and Feathered (1965)
Boulder Wham! (1965)
Just Plane Beep (1965)
Hairied and Hurried (1965)
Highway Runnery (1965)
Chaser on the Rocks (1965)
Shot and Bothered (1966)
Out and Out Rout (1966)
The Solid Tin Coyote (1966)
Clippety Clobbered (1966)
