Goodie! Goodie! Goodie! If this release includes some new-to-DVD shorts, I'm buying!

EDIT: I saw the news! All 17 Pepe Le Pew Cartoons! 14 released on DVD for the first time!!! Now what I hope for if they get restored and remastered.

HOLY- wow. I really wasn't expecting this...
Why does it say "Zee best of zee best", if all Pepé cartoons are on there?

Cool!
I wonder if they're indeed 17 shorts or they'll actually be really 15. Anyway, great stuff!
Now how I'd love a Porky set, with several of his best b/w entries.

As soon as this goes on Amazon, I will preorder. Next to the Thunderbean releases, this is one of the best releases of the year!

BTW the title listings on the link above includes "Dog Pounded" - which it claims has been previously released. My information says "Dog Pounded" is a Tweety & Sylvester cartoon (not Pepe) and has never been on DVD.

If the DVD Covers says 15 cartoons, here's what I'm looking at:

  1. Odor-Able Kitty (1945)
  2. Scent-imental Over You (1947)
  3. Odor of the Day (1948) - as Skunk
  4. For Scent-immental Reasons (1949)
  5. Scent-imental Romeo (1951)
  6. Little Beau Pepé (1952)
  7. Wild Over You (1953)
  8. The Cats Bah (1954)
  9. Past Perfumance (1955)
  10. Two Scent’s Worth (1955)
  11. Touché and Go (1957)
  12. Really Scent (1959)
  13. Who Scent You? (1960)
  14. A Scent of the Matterhorn (1961)
  15. Louvre Come Back to Me! (1962)

As long as the pilot cartoon of Pepe Le Pew and the Acadamey Award winning one get double dipped, we'll be in for a treat! :D
The "Dog Pounded" cartoon will likely be used in the upcoming Sylvester Super Stars DVD, hopefully.
